Alarm Service and Maintenance

 

Alarm systems should be serviced to check all devices are performing as required, audible and visual warning devices operate correctly, and that the batteries and power supplies are measured for operation and efficiency within specification.

As part of the service we will prepare you a detailed report of our findings and any suggestions we have to improve its performance.

Our maintenance contracts cover, a yearly service, system faults, telephone support, emergency call outs during normal working hours, and include all parts at cost, unless damaged or broken through malicious or deliberate acts, hourly rates apply.

CCTV Maintenance

CCTV systems can often be neglected after the initial install until evidence is needed from the dvr or nvr recorder, common problems can be its not recording or its poor quality and opportunities are missed to catch the offenders.

Our CCTV proactive maintenance contracts benefit from a yearly visit, telephone support, firmware updates, full system component check, operation and full set up, also support in the event of your router or internet provider changing resulting in you losing any previously applied port forwarding settings.

Parts and materials that require replacing due to wear and tear will be charged at cost, unless damaged or broken through malicious or deliberate acts, hourly rates apply.
